The Mindfulness kit includes 10 hand-dipped 100% Alberta beeswax candles, with each candle lasting for approximately 20-25 minutes, an earthkits tin containing pink Himalayan salt to safely burn your candles in, and 10 affirmation cards by earthkits to pair with each candle.

The beeswax candles are the perfect all natural timer ideal for your meditation or yoga practice, or whatever sweet moment you decide to make for you and your child.
