Because all preemies and newborns are different and need different pacifiers at different stages of development, Ryan & Rose created not just one but TWO preemie pacifiers!

The Preemie Kit is designed for both preemies AND newborns offering a Preemie Tiny version for those first few weeks as well as a Preemie Stage 1 that will help your little one transition to our standard Cutie PAT Stage 1.

Preemies need different pacifiers at different stages of development and Preemie babies only need the tiny nipple up until 35 weeks. After 35 weeks, they should begin the transition to a standard stage 1 nipple.

Made with 100% medical grade silicone, it's safe, non-toxic, and free of BPA, PVC, phthalates, and latex. The Cutie PAT pacifier is US CPSC compliant and FDA approved.
